At first glance, it looks like there are procedures in place.
I received a phone call ~
I said: Sorry to trouble you, but could you please reply by email?
I was outside ~
Then, I registered downstairs, exchanged my ID card, and went up to the third floor (turn right at the end).
It turned out to be a different office.
Later, someone led me to the meeting room
and helped me find the HR representative.
Then I filled out a whole bunch of information …
and took a bunch of tests …
Only then did they tell me:
The company requires the previous company’s (certificate of employment separation) ~
I said: I left my previous job more than a year ago …
I didn’t know that after filling out the separation form, I would still need to provide this?
(The company I left wouldn’t proactively give it to me either!)
Then they simply said: We’re sorry, but we can’t …
All I could say was, okay ~ thank you!
I was completely speechless …
It wasn’t until after the interview that I saw all the negative reviews here
and the violations of the Labor Standards Act.
Ah! I should have read the instructions carefully …
If I hadn’t drawn a line and written “none” next to it,
I would have wasted even more time interviewing with you ……
