After spending more than two years at this company, I can only say that it is absolutely terrible. People constantly come and go, and there is infighting among colleagues, with some simply slacking off.

What’s worse is that even when you work very hard, your salary is lower than that of people who slack off. HR also makes arbitrary salary deductions and is completely unable to provide answers when asked.

According to colleagues, even if a supervisor agrees to a raise, you still have to see whether HR’s mistress approves—abusing her power through intimidation.

This clearly shows how corrupt the company is. Run as fast as you can. Since I joined this company, one new employee has left every three months, and even senior executives have been leaving one after another...
