Everything else not mentioned is a drawback
A company full of Peters (see the Peter Principle)
The superiors use their imaginations to do things, and their decisions are completely inconsistent. At every meeting, the boss either talks about the past or drifts into nostalgic recollections, going around in circles on the same issue. Even when there is very clear data for him to review, sometimes his mind is unclear and he forgets the purpose of the meeting or overturns the conclusions from the previous meeting. It happens about once every six months—more regularly than a menstrual period.
The salary is very low, and it is divided into base salary + bonus. Even ordinary back-office positions have this kind of salary structure—is everyone a salesperson?
There is severe infighting among managers, which also affects frontline employees. The company’s overall structure is at the level of a sea-sand building.
Other companies changing orders from day to day is already uncomfortable; here, things change constantly, leaving employees at a loss. No one can use psychic powers to figure out what the superiors actually want, and even when asked, they cannot explain it clearly. A supervisor who cannot issue clear instructions is a special-grade Peter— even Gojo Satoru couldn’t exorcise this cursed spirit, haha.
