Violations of the Labor Standards Act, office politics, employees are laid off whenever the company wants without objective and legitimate reasons, and turnover can reach more than 20 full-time employees a year (with around 10 full-time employees in total). Those who stay are all from the same faction as the boss. The system is incomplete, and promotions are determined 100% by the boss’s mood.
