The interview experience was extremely bad. After the interview, they said they would notify me of the result. I told the manager that I urgently needed a job and that, if I wasn’t selected, they could call to let me know. The manager agreed, but after waiting for a while without receiving a call, I realized I hadn’t been selected. Why agree to call the interviewee in the first place if they weren’t going to?
What’s even more ridiculous is that a few years later, HR called me to ask whether I wanted to interview for a different position. With a manager at this company who has so little integrity, I would never work there.
