Pros
Flexible working hours, a break room, easy to request leave, profit-sharing when the company makes money, and inexpensive lunch
Cons
The compensation is not high. During the year-end inventory count, employees still have to come to the company even during long holidays. There are few resources, and many work assignments require working in hazardous environments.
