The female general manager of the Asia Digital Business has inadequate professional capabilities and insists on micromanaging everything, driving away all the relevant managers. She also disrespects professionals, attributes poor sales performance to unreasonable excuses, and then shifts the blame to subordinates. She likes to give people terrible performance reviews and issue written performance improvement plans, while putting on airs and making things difficult in every possible way. She verbally abuses employees, uses transfers as a means of saying employees are unfit for their roles, repeatedly extends employees’ probationary periods, and abuses her authority to pressure employees. Since she arrived, more than a dozen people have resigned. The mental and physical distress during work is severe, and the pressure is so great that it is difficult to sleep. No one at the company can rein her in. Overall, the work environment is highly unrecommended.
