Flexible scheduling for hourly staff

There are many long-time employees—very experienced aunties and older women—who throw their seniority around. They boss others around every day, yelling and screaming, acting as if they were full-time employees. Basically, unofficial store managers, I guess? I think MOS Burger used to be better. Now there are so many employees who throw their seniority around that I’m genuinely speechless.
