The restroom is clean and smells nice
Lots of snacks
Convenient transportation
The company has no systems, no efficiency, and no SOPs
The three things that are essential for a company are all missing here
Every day is filled with endless meetings, and even after the meetings, there are still no conclusions
Nothing can move forward because there is a huge mountain blocking the way
The hierarchy is unclear, so every matter has to be reported personally to the highest-level manager, but that manager simply has no time
Because most of their time is taken up by interviews
Whether something gets approved depends on the mood, not the standards
Sometimes only the process has passed, while the content has not—“OK” does not mean approval
It’s not enough to double-check; you also have to triple-check
Because no matter how many times it was reviewed beforehand, it can still be sent back for rework due to the manager’s seven-second memory
There are many areas that could be improved
But it seems that management has no intention of making changes
In short, don’t believe what’s written here before joining the company
All I can say is: don’t be stubborn and deny the truth
Every word written here is true and not exaggerated
