Pros
The interview process was pleasant. The office atmosphere was good. At the beginning, they give you a personality test. Customer service has no performance pressure. There are sales bonuses.
Cons
The customer service specialist salary is too low: the starting salary is $26,000 plus a $2,000 perfect-attendance bonus. After completing the three-month probationary period, the salary is increased to $30,000 based on performance.
