You get to experience being ghosted by HR—something I’ve never encountered in my life.

The HR standards are truly very low, with absolutely no professionalism. I hope Chen Xingqi, the Chief Human Resources Officer, can properly reorganize the HR department.

It was already difficult to finally get a new HR head, yet the HR standards have never improved. HR represents the company’s image and gives interviewees their most immediate impression, but this experience made me feel disrespected. Do they think they’re HR at a FAANG company? If you can’t offer the expected salary, just say so directly. What’s the point of making up a bunch of excuses and wasting the interviewee’s time?

An extremely poor experience. They said they would respond with the salary approval result within a week, but it has already been two months with no response whatsoever. There was absolutely no integrity.
