Cons

As with another review, I don't know whether the boss has violated labor laws, but his personality and attitude are truly terrible.

He keeps saying how great his previous employees were. If they were really that great, why couldn't he retain them, and why is the turnover rate as high as 100%?

After looking up the reviews on InterviewFun, the results were all negative. Almost all the employees gave the same poor feedback, yet the boss showed no intention of reflecting on himself at all.

He thinks he is good at communication, but in fact he simply cannot accept other people's opinions. When you offer him well-intentioned advice, he will only assume the worst of you, while constantly telling you to be positive. In reality, the problem has been his from beginning to end.

He will berate you until you start doubting that you are good for anything. But after actually asking third parties and managers at other companies, they all firmly agreed that the problem was the boss's, so don't listen to his nonsense.

His vision is grand, but his abilities are lacking, and he is also very arrogant.

Still, it is understandable. After all, he finally managed to create an award-winning product and climb to where he is, so of course he looks down on employees who cannot handle the entire workload themselves.

After joining, be prepared to argue with him. Even the most mild-tempered person would be unable to tolerate his constant nitpicking. Please think twice.

For more reviews, you can visit InterviewFun. You might say that one or two negative reviews are emotionally driven and cannot be taken as reference, but when there are eight reviews and their content is almost identical, can they still be dismissed as irrelevant?

Everything above is based on my personal experience and genuine feelings, provided for reference. Those seeking enlightenment may go there to endure their trials. Best of luck.
