According to what I heard from others, a former colleague who left the company behaved outrageously. While no one was around after work, they used the company's equipment and resources without authorization to handle privately accepted projects. Even after being caught misusing public resources for personal purposes, they still refused to admit their mistake... Although the company dismissed the person in accordance with legal procedures, this also caused the former colleague to become resentful. In addition to stirring up the emotions of current employees, maliciously defaming the company everywhere, and distorting the facts, what was even more excessive was that they repeatedly tried to poach newly hired employees, leaving many colleagues who had just joined completely confused. Such behavior is truly unacceptable.
I have now been with the company for three months, and I have found that many of the negative comments are actually greatly exaggerated. The company provides everything it should and does not mistreat its employees. It also respects employees' beliefs and values. Colleagues help one another and work together to get things done, and interactions between colleagues and senior management are perfectly normal. The atmosphere at work is quite good! This is just a little sharing from me as a current employee.
