Service unit: Asia Digital Business
A new business unit with nearly 50 employees, but the manager provides vague direction regarding the department’s development and work assignments. Meetings are filled with various motivational speeches, with no clear project planning or execution methods. Work progresses slowly and efficiency is extremely low.
The manager’s management style is highly emotional, and they frequently lose control of their emotions; there have even been incidents of shouting and berating.
The level of physical and emotional distress during work is quite high. Despite the long working hours, efficiency is extremely low, and there is almost no sense of accomplishment. Overall, the work environment is highly unrecommended.
