Colleagues get along well.
There is an employee cafeteria, although the food isn't very good.
The base salary is ridiculously low. The salary discussed during the interview is padded with performance bonuses, and the annual raises are almost nonexistent.
Part of the bonuses for the three major holidays is paid in company currency, which can only be spent at the on-site pharmacy, or replaced with products from subsidiaries.
The turnover rate is high. Anyone who stays for more than a year is considered a veteran. Only a few front-line employees have more than 10 years of experience; most are recent graduates who come in, stay for about a year, and leave with the experience.
There are almost no opportunities for promotion, and job grades basically do not increase. Most senior management got their positions through connections or influential backing.
Overtime is routine. Since it is an established health-insurance pharmaceutical company of a certain scale, the production lines do not stop; whenever there is a labor shortage, the amount of overtime can be substantial.
