Before even meeting anyone, they first waste your time by asking you to fill out a questionnaire (every answer must be phrased as a statement) and a 200-question workplace assessment. Only after completing them do you have a chance to interview.
If you are a job seeker who does not want to waste time, you may want to skip this company.
