At first, they pretend to be friendly, but then they start raising their voices and making things difficult. The workload varies depending on who is calling the shots, and three middle-aged women take turns backing each other up. The supervisor knows perfectly well but will absolutely never deal with it.

2. The work environment is poor and closed off; even being in the restroom for five minutes is criticized as taking too long.

3. Outdated management has left the overall way of working stuck in old-fashioned thinking.
