As long as the company recognizes your abilities and hard work, salary increases come fairly quickly, and the company also provides incentive bonuses. However, sometimes you inevitably hear people complaining about the boss or managers. In fact, we come to the company to work and are paid by the boss; the salary and benefits we are entitled to are provided. Unless something is particularly unreasonable or unjust, there is really nothing wrong with following the direction the boss wants. If you encounter difficulties while carrying out your work, you can also raise them for discussion. At least, that has been my experience—I haven’t encountered any major difficulties in communication or coordination.
