I’ve been working here for a while now, and generally speaking, my interactions with my supervisors and colleagues—whether working together or otherwise—have been quite normal. It’s not nearly as exaggerated as some posts have described. Of course, disagreements and friction are inevitable when people interact, but from what I’ve seen, these situations can basically be resolved through communication and coordination. I haven’t encountered any major problems. Also, in addition to my own responsibilities, I’ve learned many other skills at the company, which has been quite fulfilling.
I’m responsible for editing videos here. Some time ago, my boss instructed us to upload videos on a certain topic to an overseas video platform. The person previously responsible had already finished editing these videos (they have since left the company), but when I took over responsibility for uploading them, I discovered many problems in the videos. As a result, my current colleagues and I had to spend a lot of time going back and revising the old videos, putting in a great deal of effort to clean up after the previous person… It’s honestly been pretty exhausting… Weren’t there supposed to be no problems before…?
