A company that is extremely discriminatory toward its operators. Operators are not allowed to use the elevators, and they are not allowed to eat in the better restaurant seats with televisions. Supervisors also treat operators like dogs, saying things like, “When you come here to work, the supervisor is the boss!” Then, during the off-season, they start finding all kinds of reasons to fire employees, specifically targeting them. The workplace is full of all kinds of people, with internal departmental infighting and constantly changing instructions, causing those below to frame one another. Working at this company feels like being in Squid Game.
