Staffing company; I am a permanent internal employee.
1. The company has an employee welfare committee, so there are benefits such as welfare allowances, Mid-Autumn Festival and Dragon Boat Festival gift boxes, as well as May 1 bonus money.
2. The labor and health insurance salary brackets are legally compliant and are adjusted whenever necessary.
3. The individual workstations are spacious, and most colleagues are young.
4. There are regular departmental gatherings and a snack cabinet.
5. We clock in with magnetic cards and have a leave-request system.
6. Working hours are 09:00–18:00, with punctual start and finish times. Basically, there is no overtime.
1. It is difficult to find parking around the Jieguang Building during working hours, and you also have to wait a long time for the elevators upstairs.
2. There is performance pressure; they focus on results (the number of people who report for duty), not the process.
3. In practice, it is basically a sales role with little human-resources work, but that is how staffing works.
