In the first stage, the department manager will explain the job responsibilities, approximate salary, and other details over the phone.
If you can accept the terms, an interview with a supervisor (manager) will be arranged as the second stage.
The second-stage interview generally asks about the responsibilities of your previous job and why you left (every company asks this).
They will also explain that the front-desk position is not purely service-oriented and includes sales targets as well.
The entire process takes approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour.
The work environment is acceptable; the store is clean and bright.
Before the pandemic, there were three interview stages. After the pandemic, I’m not sure whether the process has changed.
