The organization was recently restructured.

A newly established R&D Department 2 was created,

and the Electrical Controls Section was transferred to R&D Department 2.

The Electrical Controls Section has only three employees,

yet they made it a new department with three employees,

then divided it into three sections, each with one employee.

In my view, the Electrical Controls Section is basically just a bunch of freeloaders.

They haven't produced a single drive, yet they continue to leech off the motor business's revenue.

It would already be good enough if they were laid off,

yet a new department was even established for them.

Come on, you've got to be kidding.

They only know how to grab resources without doing any work—they're basically a bunch of useless people.
