The position is a material-feeding machinery operation technician.

The work environment feels somewhat less than ideal.

It feels like someone is constantly watching you work.

I heard there are many surveillance cameras? It makes one feel somewhat uncomfortable while working. Although there is still training for new employees, it feels like there is not much concern for newcomers... Overall, I feel that leaving was the right decision.
