Leave work on time, Monday to Friday / fixed hours 09:00–17:00
Two days off on weekends + days off when public holidays fall on weekdays + annual leave + Labor and Health Insurance + 6% labor pension contribution
104 says “+,” but that is deducted from your salary—it is not provided separately.
This position is not “full-time,” so it does not include full-time benefits. In practice, the only benefit is annual leave, which is still fairly good.
If you apply for the reserve staff position and performance is poor, you may be demoted to an hourly position, and your pay will be reduced.
Requirements: clear speech; assist the sales department in screening customer calls; no performance pressure; compatible with family and academic commitments.
Wrong!!! Hourly workers are under performance pressure. You cannot have zero results, or you will be mocked. This needs to be explained clearly—not have people join and only then discover that performance figures are written on a whiteboard every day for everyone to see. Some people end up with zero results, and then quietly disappear. If you fail to meet performance targets, you will be asked to leave. Please do not waste people’s time. If hourly workers are under performance pressure, could you please state that clearly?
You have to make more than 500 calls a day.
