There are no advantages.
The company owner has two companies; the other one is Yongming Industrial Co., Ltd.
The company has no opportunities for promotion, and sales staff receive no performance bonuses.
Sales personnel are also required to provide their own vehicles. For employees who use their own vehicles, the company only reimburses fuel expenses (based on actual costs).
Fuel expenses for the trip from home to the company cannot be claimed, and all vehicle wear and tear must be absorbed by the employee.
The owner frequently forgets things and then blames the employees.
Every matter, big or small, has to be brought to the owner. Even decisions that have been made may change depending on the owner's mood.
Employees have absolutely no autonomy. Usually, the owner's indecisiveness affects subsequent scheduling.
In the end, the employees are still blamed. Employees cannot leave work on time, and the owner will reprimand them.
The owner's wife is very difficult to deal with. She usually only listens to half of what is said and then reports it, completely distorting the situation.
Basically, at these two companies, anyone who is not favored by the owner and his wife will be singled out.
The longer you work there, the more you lose out. When requesting paid annual leave, you are questioned in great detail; if you take too much annual leave, you will also be harshly reprimanded.
Year-end bonuses basically depend on whether you are a favored employee. Favored employees receive a year-end bonus, while those who are not favored receive not even a single dollar.
No matter how many mistakes are made, favored employees are never at fault. The company basically requires someone who is extremely obedient and has no opinions of their own.
