The company owner has two companies; the other one is Yongming Industrial Co., Ltd.

The company has no promotion opportunities, and sales staff receive no performance bonuses.

Sales employees are also required to provide their own vehicles. For personal vehicles, the company only subsidizes fuel costs (reimbursed based on actual expenses).

The fuel costs for the route between home and the company cannot be claimed, and all vehicle depreciation and wear must be absorbed by the employee.

The owner frequently forgets things and then blames the employees.

All matters, big or small, must be brought to the owner. Even decisions that have been made may change depending on the owner's mood.

Employees have absolutely no autonomy. Usually, the owner's indecisiveness about a matter affects the subsequent schedule.

In the end, the employees are blamed, and leaving work on time is not possible because the owner will complain.
