No advantages at all

The company owner owns two companies; the other is Yong Ming Industrial Co., Ltd.

There are no promotion opportunities at the company, and sales staff receive no performance bonuses.

Sales employees are also required to provide their own vehicles. For personal vehicles, the company only reimburses fuel costs (with receipts).

The fuel for the commute between home and the company cannot be claimed, and all vehicle wear and tear must be absorbed by the employee.

The owner frequently forgets things and then blames the employees.

All matters, large or small, must be referred to the owner. Even decisions that have been made may change depending on the owner's mood.

Employees have absolutely no autonomy. Usually, the owner's indecisiveness affects subsequent scheduling.

In the end, the employees are blamed again. Employees cannot leave work on time because the owner will reprimand them.

The owner's wife is very difficult to deal with. She usually only listens to half of what is said and then reports it to the owner, completely distorting the facts.

Basically, at these two companies, anyone who is not favored by the owner and his wife will be singled out.
