Can't think of any advantages
In case someone from headquarters happens to check, I'll share my experience working at Otaru.
1. The company withholds wages. Even though payday is supposedly the 15th, payment can still be delayed until the end of the month.
2. There is an obvious staff shortage, yet the company continues opening new stores, making employees take on more work.
3. There are virtually no benefits. Even good performance does not result in bonuses.
4. Operations are chaotic, and the quality of goods from the factory is often inconsistent. It does not feel like a large company.
5. If you want to learn food-and-beverage-related skills, you really should not join this company, because very few people—if any—actually understand coffee or even food-service operations.
6. The company has committed many violations and has made no improvements.
