1. Old X's workday routine: watching porn, checking stocks, sleeping
2. Jointly managed by a married couple; chaotic and frequent arguments
3. Basically only a base salary; performance bonuses are neither seen nor received
4. Extremely high turnover; after two weeks, you're already the most senior person in the company
5. No benefits at all; even the occasional lunchtime gathering every few months consists of meals costing only around 200 yuan, yet you'll still be criticized for considering them expensive
