Cons

The company’s information security is really terrible.

They spend all day sending phishing emails for no reason,

tracking who failed to notice and clicked on them.

I don’t know whether they’ve even implemented the most basic domain blocking.

They keep using domains that replace “tw” with “tuu” to deceive people.

Do they have nothing better to do?

The overtime system at ezflow is also pitiful.

When reporting overtime, employees have to enter a project code.

The system does not have the project codes set up for you to select.

They make you enter it yourself in the overtime description.

So what is the purpose of entering the code?

Are they going to assign someone else to calculate how much manpower each project used?

If the system were properly set up, it could automatically pull out the records.

They can’t even handle something this simple.

ezflow often sends notifications unrelated to one’s own work.

I don’t know why so many people have to receive order notifications.

Can’t they just let us configure exactly who should receive the notifications?

They spend all day receiving order notifications.

What does that have to do with me?

Speaking of tracking time,

there is no system recording how many hours are spent each day on which projects.

So how are you supposed to improve labor costs

or improve project expenses?

They keep shouting about increasing revenue and reducing expenditure,

but I think they’re just letting money leak everywhere.

For new employees,

they don’t even set up ERP accounts and functions by default.

As the department responsible for managing the ERP system,

they don’t know which ERP functions each department needs.

They even make employees go into the system to apply for ERP accounts and functions.

What are they doing?

If I were a newcomer and didn’t know which functions needed to be enabled,

wouldn’t that be setting me up to fail?

Previously, they even wanted to cut off everyone’s internet access,

saying they were afraid of malware.

Anyone who needed internet access had to apply to have it enabled themselves.

If you’re afraid of malware, you cut off the internet?

Why not just have everyone switch to writing with notebooks?

Might as well stop using computers altogether.

That’s throwing out the baby with the bathwater—what a joke.

The administration department is pitiful too.

There is a vehicle reservation system,

but they don’t require everyone to reserve vehicles through the system.

The company has three sites:

some people write vehicle reservations on a whiteboard,

some write them on paper,

and some reserve vehicles through the system.

People often reserve a vehicle through the system, only to find that the vehicle is gone.

Is messing with people really that amusing?
