Cons

1. Salary consists of "base salary + technical research allowance + perfect attendance bonus."

2. At the beginning of the workday, you have to write a to-do list; at the end of the workday, you have to write a work log, and the same things (the to-do list and work log) have to be written twice: first sent to your supervisor by email, then posted on the collaboration platform. If you write too little, you will be criticized for being too lax; if you write too much, other tasks may be inserted in the middle and you may be unable to finish everything. Your supervisor will say that since you wrote it, you have to finish it before you can leave, with no overtime pay. If your supervisor wants you to stay, you have to stay and can only leave after finishing the work (unpaid).

3. The small number of employees leads to disorderly work assignments, with no SOPs whatsoever. Basically, you have to know how to do everything.

4. The mental pressure from supervisors is extremely high, especially from male supervisors. They treat employees as personal secretaries, have a strong need for control, and are extremely impatient (they ask you a question and then say, "You don't need to answer me"). There are no rules for how they work, and they can overturn anything they themselves have said.

5. The probationary period is three months, but as long as you pass the first month, you can become a regular employee. You have to sign a one-year contract (although the actual contract is longer than one year). If you fail the probationary period, an education and training fee will be deducted from your pay (a large amount).

6. The training courses are rudimentary and do not clearly explain the details. The content differs greatly from the actual procedures. Even when you ask the engineers, they will only tell you to review the course, although the course does not contain the information at all.

Summary: Overall, the workload and mental pressure are high, and work hours are packed very tightly (the to-do list must include the time by which all of today's work is intended to be completed). The supervisor is also extremely irritable and impatient.
