The starting salary is considered high for the editing industry.

At the time, editors did not receive year-end bonuses, so the total annual salary was actually about the same as at other companies when comparing the December salary and year-end bonus. The year-end bonus had little to do with KPIs—I exceeded 95 and still received no year-end bonus, clearly indicating a problem with the system. Also, there was no overtime pay at the time. Anyone considering joining can think about why.
