Pros
After telling HR that I had received an offer from another company, HR immediately sent me an assignment and scheduled an interview.
Cons
I interviewed for a front-end engineer position, but the assignment included C#, even though the job description did not mention that C# was required.
The job title says front-end engineer, but they actually want to hire a full-stack engineer and also expect a certain level of C# proficiency.
On-call duty is also required on a regular basis.
