Pros
After HR Mandy called to introduce the job responsibilities, I was given an assignment. Two weeks after submitting it, I received a canned response: I did not meet the job requirements. There was also no feedback whatsoever on the assignment.
Cons
HR indicated that one person would handle many projects and take on two or three roles at the same time.
