Pros
The company is expanding rapidly. Working here allows you to learn a lot, including things you normally wouldn’t have the opportunity to encounter.
Cons
The senior management pretends to be very generous, but is actually incredibly stingy. The company makes a ton of money, yet the year-end bonus is only one month’s salary. I earn about 600,000 a year. If I had known, I would have gone back to the shipping company and stayed quietly in Taipei; even after deducting rent, I would have made more.
