Before 2019, things were fairly good, and basically everyone could work regular hours.

1. The environment is not maintained. The air conditioning in one of the offices has been broken for several years, and the company has not been proactive about addressing it. Can you imagine having no air conditioning at all in the summer?

2. All make-up workdays have to be worked. After the pandemic in 2021, the company directly announced that when work was suspended due to typhoons, employees had to WFH; otherwise, they had to use annual leave.

3. There has been no year-end banquet since 2016. Later, the spring dinner was also replaced with activities such as outings. Those who did not attend received a NT$1,000 gift voucher.

4. Starting in 2020, the bonus was reduced to less than half of what it had been before.
