Good to talk to
The people are very easy to talk to, probably because the team is relatively young.
Through the conversations, I could roughly tell that they use quite a lot of technology, but it felt like they have some established stereotypes in terms of architecture design. I do not quite agree with some of their technical concepts, which also makes me worry that they may have issues with overengineering. Regarding this point, it is probably possible to guess why so many people have extremely long interviews but still do not pass: the technical candidates they want to hire seem to be people who share the same design philosophy as them, which is hard to come by. If you really joined, you probably could not finish exploring all the technology even after several years.
However, compared with the other companies I have interviewed with, it is, overall, above average. It is also nice to make friends through interviews.
