1. Always arrive and leave on time; never work overtime

4. Colleagues are easy to get along with
5. There are often snacks to eat
6. Two days off per week; public holidays are days off
7. The company has a cafeteria
8. Suitable for coasting toward retirement—you get paid just for sitting there
9. Pleasant environment
10. Easy to take leave
1. The position I applied for turned out to be like doing odd jobs: touching a little of this and a little of that. Even though the work belongs to different departments, its nature is actually quite similar.
2. New employee training = none. There is absolutely no SOP. If colleagues are busy, you have to sit around doing nothing all day (when I was new, I had roughly a week with nothing to do at my desk). You have to figure everything out and do everything yourself.
3. The supervisor is too young; they change things whenever they think of something, so everything is perpetually being renewed.
4. The colleagues are nice, but they are all half-hearted about teaching. They will teach you a little only when the supervisor tells them to; at other times, you just do odd jobs for your colleagues.
5. The colleagues in the warehouse department use their seniority to throw their weight around. They have a bad attitude when you help them with things, refuse to admit when they give you the wrong items, and keep changing the requirements every time they explain something, so the work never seems to end.
6. On make-up workdays announced by the government, employees are forced to take unpaid leave (you have to submit personal leave yourself).
7. You cannot learn anything; you only use basic Excel and simple photo-taking and image-editing skills.
8. One of the heavier security guards has a very bad attitude. When you borrow keys for a business trip, he treats you as if you owe him money.
9. HR only explains the leave rules halfway and criticizes you after the fact if you do not follow something.
10. The office layout is strange; basically, the colleagues nearby know what everyone is doing.
11. There are no opportunities for promotion.
