Leaving work on time and getting paid regularly
A bunch of managers who don't actually do anything—they just dump work on others and summarize other people's summaries.
The managers seem very nice on the surface, but behind your back they can make your spine run cold.
Everyone only cares about the boss's preferences, with making the boss happy as the highest guiding principle. Even when doing your work, you have to constantly guess whether the boss will be pleased. No manager will help you say what needs to be said, because they are also living in constant fear.
The most ridiculous thing is that as long as you know how to say flattering things, you can survive very well even if you don't know how to do the job. Meanwhile, people who work seriously and efficiently may be laid off instead.
Also, during work hours, you can't enjoy interacting with your colleagues or create a relaxed atmosphere. Someone is always watching you and asking why you're having so much fun. I honestly don't understand—what's wrong with being happy at work?!
Also, there are many intimidating veterans who have been there for a long time, making you feel as if you're just some kid fresh out of college
