不來梅股份有限公司
Pros

1. Harmonious work atmosphere

The organization has a flat structure, and cross-departmental communication is relatively smooth. You don't have to kneel on the floor to talk to the creative team like you would at a traditional advertising agency (?)

2. Benefits and overtime pay are provided as they should be

All the standard employee benefits are provided, including company trips, team meals, and so on. At most, they have stopped giving out the traditional holiday gift bonuses. If overtime is genuinely unavoidable, overtime pay is provided, which is considerably better than many competitors.

If you want to try a different way of working at an advertising agency, Bremen is a very suitable choice for you. The atmosphere is relatively positive, and the work environment is harmonious. However, it is hard to say whether Bremen is still suitable now. As long as they are willing to talk with you, you can generally get a sense of or assess whether this company is a good fit. The decision is in your hands.

Cons

1. Major personnel reshuffle

Many employees have resigned. Even a group of mid-level managers and colleagues who were doing good work left. Seeing the company's and managers' attitudes when these people departed was truly disheartening. Perhaps the boss thinks that talent is everywhere and can be found anywhere on the street. (But the people who came later were very......)

2. The bonus system is peculiar

There is a bonus system, but the tiers are rather odd, and the percentage of bonuses employees can actually receive is practically a joke. The media department was fairly decent: anyone who reached a tier could receive a bonus. Supposedly, the media department colleagues had very full pockets during the first two years, but then things went into a steep decline. I don't know whether the media department has collapsed.

3. It's impossible to understand what the managers are doing

After a group of senior managers left, perhaps because of the pandemic, the boss's confusion about the company's operating direction became even more apparent. Some of the policies concerning organizational changes felt like jokes—bad jokes at that.

If you hope to find some exemplary figures to look up to and become a better professional yourself, I suggest going somewhere else. All the good people have already left that place.

Overall, this job is suitable for newcomers interested in digital media (after all, the salary may be acceptable only to newcomers). It is a job where you can accumulate plenty of experience in competitive pitches, proposals, and execution.
