Colleagues are easy to get along with

My salary was withheld three times within six months.

The first time, they gave advance notice, and the withheld salary was paid a few days later. The most recent time, they only informed us the day before payday. Two weeks have passed and I still haven’t seen the money, with no proactive announcement either—taking convenience to the extreme.

When asked, they said the investors’ money hadn’t arrived yet, so they still couldn’t pay our salaries? The company insists that its finances are absolutely fine despite its cash-flow problems, claiming that everything is the investors’ fault. Every time they say this will be the last time salaries are withheld, but then what happened???
