The colleagues are very nice.

You keep getting told one thing and then another all day long; policies change from morning to evening. The company has no clear development goals, yet it expects everyone to diversify by doing work outside their own positions. If you can't do it, they say you're not the kind of person the company wants! Truly frightening!
