1. The company has excellent cohesion; everyone working there has very clear and aligned goals.
2. It is an environment that encourages continuous growth. In addition to every colleague constantly learning new things, the company also invites prominent guest speakers to give talks every month. Speakers I have heard include the founders of Whoscall and Popdaily, among others.
3. The benefits are good, including a weekly snack allowance, quarterly recreational activities, book clubs, and employee trips (during the pandemic, the domestic trip was to Silks Place Taroko in Hualien).
4. There are additional performance bonuses on top of the salary, but they are not guaranteed for everyone and depend on performance evaluations (this also applies to back-office staff).
1. The headcount is small, so the workload is relatively heavy.
2. Everyone is quite proactive about learning and growing, which can sometimes be stressful.
3. Most employees are young, and there are not many highly experienced people (ages 25–35).
