Before the interview, I took a look at the reviews. Although everyone rated the company poorly, I still went to the interview.

Job seekers have the most time, and I also wanted to see what the company was like.

The job description was also very clear. It was probably influenced by the comments on Tianyancha.

Of course, the more detailed the description, the easier it is to judge right from wrong.

I cannot share anything about being hired yet, so I’ll post the interview experience first.

As soon as I entered the meeting room, the HR manager gave me one of the company’s products: effervescent tablets. They are sold at PX Mart and cost over 100 dollars per tube.

I even received a gift during the interview—this was my first time experiencing that.

Salaries are paid on the 5th, and performance bonuses are paid on the 15th. Performance reviews are conducted three times a year. A total score of 100 points equals one month’s salary as a performance bonus.

It is indeed paid in four installments.

Performance bonuses are based on attendance, duty rotations, sales performance, daily task audits, and the supervisor’s score. The allocation is very transparent.

The supervisor gave the following examples of daily task audits: whether an order was entered incorrectly, whether the wrong goods were picked, and whether the copy was proofread before being sent out.

The first few scores should be easy points; the supervisor’s score is harder to say.

At my previous company, because of the pandemic, the one month of year-end bonus that had originally been promised disappeared completely. Employees could not say anything—the boss had the final say.

According to this company’s evaluation system, there are three reviews a year, so the basic package is already three months’ worth.

The biggest reason I wanted to interview was that the company is close to home.

The interview took approximately two hours. Compared with other companies, that is considered quite long.

It was probably because they wanted to explain everything in great detail.
