The interview came with a cup of tea, and that was it.
The interview was unprofessional from start to finish.
Besides requiring applicants to complete an old-fashioned personality test, they didn’t even print out the portfolio that applicants had been asked to provide in advance, demonstrating a serious lack of professionalism in the interview process.
It’s understandable that HR may not be familiar with the expertise required for the position being interviewed for, but they kept making intimidating remarks about how there might be a lot of work to do, that it would be an all-in-one role, and that they would be very busy.
Who would still want to join after hearing all that?
