1. It is a good company that strives for “progress” and “excellence.”

2. The managers are all willing to listen to employees’ opinions and understand their work difficulties and situations. There is a 1-on-1 meeting regularly.

3. Communication is flat, so you can express your thoughts directly.

4. The company uses an OKR system to assess each employee’s achievements. I think this is an effective way to push individual and team progress!

5. The company’s performance has continued to grow and flourish (when I first joined, its revenue had only just broken even). After two years, it had grown rapidly—it is a company with unlimited potential!

6. The founders and managers are highly capable of execution and extremely competent at their work, which also imperceptibly pushes employees to continue growing.

I feel that some of the negative comments are unfair to the company.

At work, everyone should maintain an attitude of being “serious and responsible,” “self-disciplined,” and “efficient.”

Every company has its shortcomings, but perhaps we can first try to reflect on our own areas for improvement,

and try communicating and discussing them with the company’s managers. Simply “complaining” cannot solve any problems!

I am an employee who has “already left the company,” and these are all my sincere thoughts~
