The technical manager was quite good. I felt that their technical abilities were very strong, and there was also some intense discussion during the interview. The back-and-forth exchange was enjoyable.

The technical manager said they liked communicating with smart people and hoped they would have a strong ability to learn independently. This also aligned with my expectations; I also hope to work in an environment like that.

The top executive seemed a bit conceited and somewhat looked down on Taiwan’s startup software companies. To be honest, I think quite a few startup software companies are actually very capable. Our values were somewhat incompatible in this regard, so I took the initiative to end the interview afterward. I also hope the top executive will broaden their perspective and learn more.
