The company is in a good location.

The boss and the boss’s wife are extremely mood-dependent in how they handle things.

If they dislike the music, they immediately start hurling insults.

They often vent their negative emotions on employees.

They always expect people to do work that is outside their own responsibilities.

The company’s hardware is also unbelievably bad. Employees are expected to use their own equipment, and nothing is updated or upgraded.

They think other competitors are not as good as their own company.

But the other brands’ awareness has long surpassed theirs.

They keep talking about how wonderful everything was in the past.

They think spending money on marketing exposure is inferior to driving traffic.

But honestly, before joining, I had no idea what brand this was.

Another brand told her that this marketing approach was bad and too expensive.

So she decided not to do it.

As a result, that other brand spends this marketing budget every quarter

and has already become the most well-known presence in that sales channel.

They always want employees to offer suggestions and opinions,

but never accept them and always trust only themselves.

So when the results are unsatisfactory, it is because the employees are incompetent.
