1. Some people deliberately make sarcastic remarks. It is almost always women doing this, and it is usually part of a hostile rivalry between departments.
2. Job assignments are somewhat unfair. For example, the general manager’s driver has it quite easy. It depends on which position you apply for.
3. If your supervisor is incompetent, don’t expect your working days to be pleasant. There is quite a difference in ability among the different supervisors, and there are also female supervisors who are extremely emotional.
